Switch between line-out and HDMI

- tried network streaming, works
- tried bluetooth - somewhat works, sometimes stuttering
    - when media is already playing on device and then connecting it usually works fine
    - playing a second source at the same time gives ugly artifacts
-> decided to use pure ALSA instead
